D.S.K. Peerdepieten

"Peerdepieten" is an annual event hosted by the student association of veterinary medicine at the university Utrecht. A full day of professional horse racing, betting, formal clothing and a big party to top it off at the end. A select group of students have been training for this one race, for over 8 months, the camera follows them from the stables, as they nervously make their way to the racing grounds. There’s tension in the air as they go for their warm-up round, people cheering along the sidelines and to see how that turns out, I suggest to click on the video below.
